I had purchase a phone zen sxy mobile through gadgets360.com on 13/july 2016 and company send me faulty and used phone. Now we have requested for replace the from 20/08 2016 but company did not pick-up the phone till now. It’s being so many days while they replied they will pick-up with 3 Business day.I am facing lot of problem without phone, Please help me
