I paid £4200 for canadian immigration express entry after being told I’m eligible to migrate to Canada by their case officer, IRCC rejected my application as not been eligible and global migrate refused to refund my money. They also promised to get me Provincial nominee which they never applied to any province for me. I made several calls to their office and sent several mails for regular updates which they never gave, now they say I’m not due for refund of £4200, they have put in financial difficulty now.
