Reported By: Daniel Buchanan
They are essentially deceiving individuals into parting with their money by providing incorrect information about how to apply for a visa on your behalf.
You can find numerous testimonials of people who have been defrauded by this organisation if you do a little investigating because the most of the evaluations on here are obviously bogus.
Do not give them any money until you have received and read their terms and conditions because, like me, you will want to cancel once you have seen the contract.
I paid Global Migrate £750, and they then sent me their terms.
After reading them, I immediately called them to cancel and indicate that I didn’t want to interact with them in any way.
They haven’t yet returned my money, and they’ve warned that they’ll take unauthorised deductions from it because of the few questions I asked them before they took my money.
This is against the law because their own contract provides a 14-day cooling-off period and I hadn’t consented to any deductions.
My bank is now involved, and trading standards has been given the case.
