One of the worst experience I have faced in my life. Booked flight through them then I had to cancel 6 weeks before the journey. They promised the refund will be issued in 5 days, now waiting 4 months without refund. Simply answered we are waiting the refund from airline, I contacted the airline they replied that they issued the refund 3 days after cancellations and I should contact ‘the Booking agent. I called the customer service, one of the team told me the air line are lier , I contacted the airline again and they sent an official Email to me confirmed my refund and I should contact the travel agent. I forwarded the mail to them without any reply or comment. I am going to loose 2515 GBP. Booking paid on 27/02/2023. Cancelled on 09/06/2023. Airline refund my money to them on 12/06/2023 and they did not refund my money till now.

I am also waiting for my refund back from Gotogate travel agency. My name is Daman and I am from India. I have booked Airasia flight from Gotogate in july 2022 with family. Due to some medical issues I cancelled my flight and submitted medical proofs to the airline as well as Gotogate. Airasia airlines refunded my money to Gotogate as my booking was made through them. In july 2023 Airasia airlines refunded money to Gotogate. But till now its January 19th 2024 I am still waiting for my refund from this agency. It is mentioned in Gotogate website that they have received the refund from the airlines in july 2023. But still they have not refunded my money to me. My parents are old and they are in tension and in stress due to this. Kindly help.
