I have booked a flight with them and there was a schedule change in the booking which was not acceptable. After speaking with Airlines we decided to go for a full refund. After receiving the confirmation from the airlines we have raised a complaint for refund but it is been more than a month now that we haven’t any refund from them. They are charging us even to talk to us, this doesn’t makes any sense. I humble request you to raise a complaint so that our hard earned money is returned to us.
