I’ve travelled through goAir from Banglore – Delhi and back from Delhi – Banglore in August. I’ve made a request for UDF refunds to goAir and also contacted their customer-support team for the same but still haven’t received any reply nor have any refunds. Everytime I contact the goAir Customer-complaints teams they ask to write a mail to [email protected] and there is no reply again for the same.
