GOIBIBO – did not refund the air ticket amount nor responding to my emails

Complaint about goibibo.com service. I am writing to inform you regarding my refund, faced very bad customer support of goibibo. I was planning to come India through Kenya airlines. so purchased two way tickets(Addis Ababa to Mumbai and Mumbai to Addis Ababa) through goibibo and it was refundable. My Booking ID: AMDU7WBQM BUT

My flight was cancelled by the airlines itself for 3-08-2020 (Addis-Nairobi-Mumbai)(Kenya Airlines) as also suspended by Indian government. so I have cancelled my air ticket (whole booking was cancelled) and requested a refund on 02-08-2020 and also received confirmation mail of cancellation (as booking canceled) from goibibo too, but still I didn’t receive my refund amount. Instead, while checking the refund status, goibibo robotic support shows “did not find refund request”. Goibibo is not refunding nor responding my emails. please help me

I have to purchase another ticket.
Please help me…
