This is to state that my ticket booked dated 25.05.2020 with PNR NUMBER VC2F4N for two people (Delhi to Phuket round trip) is cancelled by the airline on my request and refund is also intiated from their end. As the ticket was booked through GOBIBO, my refund is not being processed by them. There is no way to reach these people, no customer support number, no contact email ids. I must say these people are highly unprofessional, during these tough times of COVID they are creating more problems for us and infact for everyone. i am highly disappointed. As a proof i am also submitting my cancelled ticket itenary.
