GOIBIBO – Refund from Airlines not credited to Account

I did booking through Go Ibibo vide booking ref No – GOFLIAND015C81580916799. For airlines ticket of Go Air from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi on 10th April of Go Air G8 5 and return Abu Dhabi to Mumbai on 2nd May of Go Air G8 6. But due pandemic COVID-19 and Nation wide lockdown my wife and daughters were unable to travel and in December i opted for cancellation of tickets by visiting Go Air regional office at Wadia House in Mumbai and they cancelled by tickets and full refund was processed. On 30th December i received a mail from Go Ibibo asking for my Bank details to credit refund as it was already processed by airlines.

However inspite of giving bank details my full refund was credited in form of wallet in Go ibibo website and app for future use which i dont accept. Despite of continues follow up and mails i have not received any update from Go Ibibo. Hence am complaining to process my full refund to my bank account whose details along with cancelled cheque and KYC documents which i have already provided.
