Goibibo – Refund not provided eventhough airlines provided the refund to Goibibo

Dear sir/madam,

I am a 61 year old senior citizen, I booked a flight to visit my son last year through Goibibo www.goibibo.com/. My flight was supposed to take off from MAA-FRA, FRA-MUC on 5th of May 2020 and the return was planned on 5th of June 2020 from MUC-FRA, FRA-MAA.

Unfortunately due to COVID 19 pandemic, the flight has been cancelled. When I tried to contact Goibibo through their Customer Service, it was not possible.
I tried multiple times for many months, but the line did not go through I also tried to email them to their email address but there was no reply. I tried to contact Lufthansa, the airline from which the ticket was booked through Goibibo, they said the refund has been provided already to Goibibo on December 2020. I still did not get any response from them or I cannot contact them.

I would kindly request you to please provide me help and support to get my refund.
Being a senior citizen and just a tuition teacher, this money is very important to me.
