Goibibo – Refund not yet received even after 40 days of cancellation

I received the message regarding the Indigo airlines ticket cancellation on 10 September 2020 by Goibibo. It intimated that refund would be initiated earliest as possible . But no refund was made. Again on 12 October 2020, I got message that refund of Rs. 14421 is initiated and will be reflected by 17-October-2020 in my ICICI account. But still no refund made. When i checked GOIBIBO site, it is showing the amount is processed and is credited in the account by 16-19 October 2020. Yet I haven’t received the refund.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from goibibo.
