Goibibo – Refund on cancelled flights due to Covid-19

I have received a confirmation from Airlines that the cancellation & refund of my tickets have been processed to partner(goibibo). However, goibibo has not refunded my money back to my account. Its been 3 months since the refund provided by Airlines but money not transaferred to my account. There is no way we can get in touch with customer case / raise complaint on goibibo website.

* Write goibibo in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from goibibo.
