Hello ,
I booked a Air ticket in Apr 09 ‘2020 in Goibibo Website. For Covid 19 Situation They cancelled my ticket and they didn’t respond properly my Refund amount .so many times i raised a complaint and i i spoke airindia team .they already credited amount in goibibo account.
However it hasn’t yet been processed to my account and even after numerous follow up am not getting any revert back from your end. Kindly resolve the issue.
