Dear GORB team,

I had ordered some food and beverages today early in morning at 12:14am from two different cell numbers i.e 1) 9967274798 and GORB food order no:INMUM-150117-00030-2317947and second number 9969897074 and GORB food order no:INMUM-150117-00049-2318582) the food i delivered at my residential address at 13:00pm which was not on time it suppose to be 12:30 noon.The time when this 3 Mawa Faluda was handed to me it was already swollen when i came home to serve my self it taste Sour (khatta) so accordingly i called up your customer care to help me for it but till now no help.

when i had first time @ 13:30pm called the GORB customer care she(i forgot name) said, the issue has been taken and i will get a call she added but no call till 15:30 hrs then and again i called up your customer care executive she mentioned her name as Yasmin and repeated all the issues again and she replied me by saying she will call me back but will take time she add as she will check with the department she mentioned, even she told me email the Beverages which was spoiled and u will find the pictures of my both the bills and even of food.

i have work to do and don’t have time to email you the nonsense stuff which you guys had done. Very unhappy with everything and its 17:10hrs on my laptop no calls from you end very poor from you end.

Note: this was the above email I had sent to gorb company but no reply from them this above email I had sent on 15th January 2017 but no reply yet and their complaint email ID was give as [email protected]

When called customer care for help 18001234672 they just give assuring but no resolution eg : our department will call your no the issue, that’s it they say but solution. I must had called up 5 to 6 times..
