Few days back when the “FREEMEAL” coupon code was application, me and my friends ordered food from GORB. I got the discount of Rs 120 on the food ordered for Rs 150 and i had to pay Rs 30. But the delivery boy called and said that have to pay full amount as I didnt get the discount. And the same thing happened with me 4 times. From that very day, I have been repeatedly calling the customer care but they didnt responded well to me. Few said that the coupon code expired, few said I might have used the coupon code twice and so many. Even the customer care donot know when the code expires and when not. I mean hows that possible when my friends have ordered the same day, they got the discount and i didnt. Literally pissed off from the way the customer care department handles their customer and how the company serves the food.
