This is with regards to two order placed by me on 29 September at around 8.30 pm for the time slot of 9.45 and 10.00 (one of the order no is order no 103129 and the other was from the no 9969409188, Dilip). However, the order reached me at 11.30 pm almost 3 hours after placing the order which is not acceptable. Repeated calls to customer care was of no help. Also one of the executive, I think his name was Sharman was far to unprofessional with me.

I accepted the order as it was alraedy 11.30 and no time for cooking dinner for my family. However in one of the oredr, some rice with exotic vegetable, the rice was stinking and sticky. I called u the customer care again who promised me to give some discount on the next order.

However, I would want a free order of 200 rs plus 50 Rs that i paid towards the delivery. If not this matter will be taken further as I being a lawyer knows every detail to deal with such situation.

It is really disappointing that inspite of continuous complaints about the service and the CCE of Gorb, the same was repeated again yesterday on 4 August 2016. After several failed attempt to make people understand, I again called to order my free dinner (not knowing it would be much more disastrous) at around 7 pm. First I ordered for Paneer burgi with parathas and the person on the other side while placing the order said that its gone out of stock. Than i ordered for Paneer Kadai and the person said that you will get the order by 8.30. After i reach home, i called up again at 9.00 as i didnt receive the order (as usual) to check what new reasons will I get. To my surprise, the executive said that there was no order placed from my side. At 9 pm wen my family was waiting for the dinner, this is what i heard. I told the person who hand over the phone to some seniors but he disconnected the call on my face.

This is really a horrifying experience I have ever faced. Being in a service industry which so many competitors are far much better and civilized than GORB people, it sad to see the state of ur customer service. its being a mental and a physical torture for me and my family. The reviews that will be posted by me and family for GORB will definitely make the company suffer.

Hope some of the so called Sr Managers of Gorb realize what exactly is customer service and would provide an explanation to ths behavior of cheating the public.
