I booked a flight through gotogate.com which I found on flights.google.com instead of through the airline directly because it was $10 cheaper. Within a couple hours, I realized I should not have booked it and called the airline (Souther Airways Express) to cancel. They said that only gotogate had the authority to cancel the flight. I called gotogate and they said they could not refund the flight according to the airline policy, so I lost $169.
