Gotogate.in has listed an invalid phone number for customer care. They dont reply to emails. They wait for time to lapse and for consumers to forget about or give up on their refunds. My gotogate.in booking is L8SZIM and the concerned airline is Lufthansa. My booking with Lufthansa is PMMRE5. Lifthansa is straightforward and they are willing to refund my money if only this agent gotogate.in initiates it. Gotogate.in is refusing to be contacted by the consumer when it comes to anything other than the initial purchase. I wish I had known this earlier. I would have rather booked through anybody else, even if it was more expensive, had I known that gotogate customer support is non existent.
