My name id Anand and I bought a DJI Tello unboxed one, the drone didn’t take off and I placed the order for return which was just denied stating some very absurd reasons. It clearly required a video to show how defective the drone was and just had an option to post a pic as to why it was returned.
How can a photo show that the drone is not able to take off ?? You don’t reply on WhatsApp properly nor do you give a call if I have placed for a return and just reject my claim. This is very unprofessional. TANISHQ AGARWAL you should seriously look into it as your company’s reputation is at stake.
I tried calling your number quite a few times and also sent a request on LinkedIn to connect with you but none has been of any use. I feel it is better that i had purchased it from Amazon or Flipkart as they would have definitely given me a far better customer service if i had received a defective item in any way. I had genuinely expected a better customer experience and I’m truly dejected and don’t think will recommend it to anyone after experiencing this.

Same thing This Tanishq Agarwal is the biggest fraud. He is selling all defective pieces in the name of unboxing. He never picks up the phone replies to what’s app or replies to mail. This person will doom within a year.
