I have been cheated by Grandura Leisure Pvt Ltd. I paid Rs.3,40,000 for 30 years membership on 11th November 2021(Membership no. GLPLK#0801) after being invited by them in City Centre 1 of Salt Lake City in Kolkata. Mr. Amit Chowdhury and some other persons were their Sales Representatives.
They have NEITHER returned my interest amount of Amortization Schedule, which was part of their Contract NOR responding to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp etc. Now, I find that they permanently closed. I need the refund of my hard earned money of Rs.3.40 Lacs. I am totally cheated by them for their fraudulent activities and find that all their Representatives and Company Directors fed away. I sincerely need proper action so that I can get the money back.
