Company called grandura leisure pvt ltd with offices at Acropolis mall and CC1 had sold package for 3laks for 30 years membership for 6night 7day every year in 4/5 star hotels primarily. I have been mailing them since last 3 months for my hotel booking. They replied initially, later no replies. All customer care numbers are unserviceable and out of order. WhatsApp customer care number not active and incoming disabled. All the employees and managers whom I had the number have left the company.
Heard from them that Mr Hemant bhujpal, director had shut down the sales and customer care team and he was operating everything personally. Moreover four numbers of Mr Hemant brijpal are inactive on WhatsApp and unreachable out of order when called normally. Another director Mr Loli Khriche, his WhatsApp number is also inactive and normal number out of order. Mr Hemant stopped taking up my calls and later block me on WhatsApp when enquire about my hotel booking. Also no replies were given to my in numerous mails in respect of the hotel booking. Also EMI reimbursement is pending since January which was to be reimbursed every quarter for the EMI which is being paid towards the membership. Out of 6 installments only to a paid and the third installment due in January 4th and April and 5th in July is still pending and no replies to the mails regarding the same have been answered off late.
Recently I came across the reviews from other customers over the internet on website such as mouthshut.com and complaintlists.com that this company has done the same with a lot of customers and not giving response to any of them and many of them have file the complaints as well. What I also learnt from internet that Mr Hemant bhujpal was also part of the similar company back in 2010 which operated from Pune with the same modus operandi and later fleed with their money.
