I, Sristi Banerjee, and my husband Ritwik Banerjee, has taken the membership of Grandura Leisure Pvt ltd on 3rd of February,2023 This is the membership No. GLPLK#2448.All the documents we have received at our home in courier. Mr. Supriyo and Soumita were the representatives who sold us this scheme. We have received only two dine-out services, one is in March at Absolute Barbecue and another at JW Marriot. Post which they have stopped responding to calls and emails. We are not getting any mail revert from their customer service desk. Recently we got to know that Supriyo and Soumita both have left the job and Grandura company is locked out and the owner of the company is arrested. We have invested almost 1.5 lahks in the company and they have given to provide service for 5 years which includes National/ International trips. But the company has been locked out. We want the refund/recovery at any cost.
