They previously offered travel and sightseeing services. They have collected a sizable sum of money as a membership fee in the name of the aforementioned service.
GLPLK-2166 is the membership ID I use. For the past month and a year, they have stopped returning calls and responding to emails. When they bought the subscription, Mr. SUPRIYO Ghosh and Mrs. Paromita Paul served as their sales representatives.
They persuaded me that, in accordance with my membership contract, this company would give me a smooth service for a period of five years.
One of the parties who signed the contract on behalf of Grandura Leisure Pvt. Ltd. was Mr. Supriyo.
Now neither of them is answering the phone. It appears that Grandura Leisure Pvt. Ltd ran off with our entire sum of money.
I want my entire payment returned. Thank you.

I have also been cheated by Grandura Leisure Pvt Ltd , I had been requesting them for the hotel booking for a vacation unfortunately they are not responding to mails or phone calls.
I had to book myself the hotel as the vacation was already planned.
I paid Rs 80000 as their membership fees for 5 years after being invited to their City Centre 1 office in Kolkata.It appears now they have cheated me.
Mr Supriyo and Ms Paromita were their sales representative but now they are not responding to phone calls.
My Membersip No GLPK 2253, I need to have a refund now as they failed to provide the promised service.I have even send emails to them to their customercare email ID for the refund but no response from them.It appears that Grandura Leisure Pvt Ltd is a fraud company and they have cheated their members.
