I was into agreement with Grandura Leisure pvt ltd. For tours and travel plans. They charged me 1,59,000 rs. For 10 years membership.
After knowing their reviews in internet. I asked for refund from them. They denied and said according to agreement they are not going to refund. The only option was left with me to avail the plans.
But when I tried to book my vacation. I didnt got connected over the phone. Then I visited their office, I was terrified knowing that they no longer operate and even flew without paying rent for the office.
I tried to reach to their another office, address stated in agreement papers, but with no positive sign. That office building has the same story.
I am in loss, the fraud happened with me. I dnt know what to do and how to get my amount back. It was my hard earned money.
