I had paid Rupees three lakhs ninety nine thousand (INR) for vacation tour, hotel & resort services which is not being provided by the company since the signing of the contract on 19 Jan 2023. I was duped into putting my money as a result of aggressive marketing by street people in front of shopping mall and telephone calls. I was allured with gifts which are cheap and useless. I was frees holiday at various places in India but that never happened. At present the company is not providing any service and customer is being cheated. I want to get back the hard earned money taken by the company forthwith. On trying to contact company representative there is no satisfactory response and one of them revealed that the owner of the company is arrested. But unfortunately arrest makes no solution as the money taken by company will not come back to me. Office in Kolkata is sealed by police. I need help to recover the money thus lost. I have attached a copy of the contract signed by the company with me regarding the services they are supposed to provide.
