They have promised me to provide my choice hotels in Andaman and Nicobar for my holiday in December 2021. I have made an initial payment of 36000 thousand because they have asked me to do so to start with my bookings. Next day itself they said the hotels and resorts they have committed they cannot provide me that. Then and there I asked them to return my money which I have made. They said they will return my money after deducting GST charges. We had this discussion on 29th of November 2021.
Since then I am waiting for my money back after the deduction of gst which they have mentioned on the invoice and provided me over the mail.
It’s been 7 months and still 14,580 rupees is pending with the company. They are giving me dates and then when I try to connect with them on that day, they are behaving very bad and then asking for 30 days period. I have had this discussion twice and even after 60 days of my discussion and after multiple reminders they are not repaying my money.
They have changed their Mobile number multiple times:
Initially I have contacted to their customer care executive for the booking on: 9289878305
then she has provided me their payment department number for refund and there is a lady who picks the call name Neelima: 9289991327
now when I am trying both of these numbers these are not reachable.
There is another number wherein I have connected on 16th July 2022, and requested for my refund and again as usual she said I cant refund and asked for 30 more days.
I don’t trust her statements anymore as this happened multiple times and they have given me multiple dates to process my whole amount but they have not done that, and its been 7 months now.
I want to file the complain for the same.

They all are fraud, they even fooled us, not refunded us 22000, and now their website is down, number is also not working.
