On 20th May 2022, We Had A Call With Hamsafartrip, A Travel Company, To Book A Trip From 24th May To For South Hills 10 Days. As Per The Call And Emails, The Company Asked Me To Pay Rs 5000/- In Advance. So, I Made An Advance Payment Of 2500+2500 = 5000 On 21st May. On 23rd May, Just A Day Before Our Travel, They Asked Me To Pay Rs 10000 More As An Advance Booking. So I Made The Payment On 23rd May. The Overall Service Package Provided By The Company Included A Taxi With Driver Service, Stay At 3-Star Hotels, Breakfast And Dinner, Toll Tax And Parking Charges. The Service Was Supposed To Begin With The Pick Up From Bangalore Airport And Drop At Madurai Airport.
When We Arrived At Bangalore Airport On 24th May And Expected Our Taxi To Be Arrived At 7 Am. But No One Arrived At The Airport, So We Tried Reaching Out To Them But There Was No Response From The Company. We Waited Till 11 Am And Continuously Tried Reaching Them. So, Finally At 11 Am They Picked Up The Call And Mentioned That They Were Not Able To Make The Arrangements For Taxi, Stay/Hotel So They Won’t Be Providing Any Service Further. Due To Last-Minute Cancellations, I And My Family Had To Suffer A Lot And Had To Make Last-Minute Arrangements For Our Tour. After Coming Back From Tour, I Reached Out To Them Via Calls And Emails For A Refund. They Agreed To Refund Back The Amount Within 30-60 Working Days. But Now, Even After Multiple Emails And Calls, We Are Not Able To Reach Them. It’s Already Been 3 And Half Months And Still, There’s No Response. I Need The Refund Back.
