We are group of 38 members planned for Amarnath Yatra and for group booking of air line we approche HAMSAFAR trip they initially quoted 6.2 lakhs rupees for round trip of flights from visakhapatnam to Srinagar and Srinagar to visakhapatnam we paid them as they requested later they booked 1 way ticket and demanded 2.5lqkh more to provide from ticket we had no choice we paid 2.5lkh more and later they intentionally changed the names of15 passengers and when we questioned them they demanded a 1lakh rupee more to
