Hardees – Burgers

On the 5th, my wife and I went to Hardees in Festival City, it was late at night we were hungry, tired and we just wanted to order some dinner and rest. We approached the Hardees counter and were standing there, Rehema was there and didn’t even bother to address us, we stood there for over 5 minutes she never acknowledged us, I saw the store supervisor (Jerecca) through the back of the equipment she saw me waving at her and she came to us in the front and when I told her we had been standing there for some time and no one even said hello to us, she then apologized to us and had (Fatima) come to the counter and take our order.
Fatima spoke to us in a rude fashion, like she wasn’t even interested in taking our order, she gave is the buzzer and we paid and went and sat down. The order took over 20 min to be ready when the buzzer rang I went to the counter to see Fatima on the customer’s side and Rehema on the cashier side busy talking… and my order was not yet ready! The buzzer went off but it wasn’t ready! I asked Rehema what was going on and she was rude to me, so I asked her to get me the manager immediately. She rudely said “OK” and then Jerecca came over. The food was not ready and they hadn’t even started making our sandwiches. By now our patience had run dry and my wife was very upset especially at the attitude of these two ladies (Fatima and Rehema) they looked like they were from Africa but that’s not the point, nationality doesn’t matter here only quality of service…
Jerecca was very professional and asked the two ladies what had happened when they started arguing with me and their store supervisor… then when the sandwich was ready… Rehema (who was cleaning the counter at the time) opened our bag of food and was touching our food with the same dirty gloves she was wearing while cleaning… my wife saw this and freaked out! When my wife asked her why are you touching the food with dirty gloves… Rehema yelled back AT MY WIFE!! and then touched the food AGAIN! After this, enough was enough! and I told Jerecca to kindly cancel my order refund the payment I simply did NOT want to have anything to do with Hardees anymore!

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with Hardees and I promise you, if Rehema or Fatima are still there in that store I will NEVER EVER visit Hardees ever again! Those two are the worst and I cannot express to you how disgusted I am at their attitude towards customers and their own store supervisor.

I hope you take action against them, I will say Jerecca did her best to apologize to me and my wife and refunded my payment immediately. I’m never going to that store ever again which is a shame, cause Mushroom and Swiss from Hardees is my favorite burger!
