My hathway wifi stopped functioning at 4.30 on March 1st. After contacting customer service to complain, it was discovered that there was an internet problem. I asked them to fix my problem in at least an hour. By 6.30, I received a call informing me of a problem with a cable line in my neighborhood. I explained that since we were working from home and that month-end preparations were underway, we needed an internet link. It cannot be fixed today, but it can be fixed tomorrow by halftime, according to the person who phoned.
As the cable has been broken since 4 pm, this is not the answer.
