We had paid Hathway broadband service provider for the service on 19/ October/ 2020 . They promised to start service immediately. It’s 23/October/2020 still they have not provided us with router . Further, they are showing that service has been started and when ask for information there is no response . It is causing mental agony and also led to problems in my official work . This totally unacceptable behaviour should not be tolerated
