This account is under my sister Name Hinal Patel, I have also kept her carbon copy for this complaint.

So many times I request to improve the service but every 15 days we have to complain and ask for better service and there is no right point of contact to inform the problem of the poor and slow internet service. I am not getting what I paid for so kindly help me to disconnect the service and also for the refund amount what I paid it. Its been worst and worst everyday for internet services. I have already complained to Consumer services and even if it doesn’t solve the issue then I may hire a lawyer to take it legally.

Every time I cannot waste my time to request for the better service, every 15days we are complaining for the better network and now I do not want it.
Lets resolve the issue here itself rather than taking it further. I wont say give me full refund but proceed with the refund for the remaining left months.

As I renewed my service on 5th May and paid ₹ 5728 so divide for 6 months it comes ₹ 954 per month. So I have used the service for May and June so need the money for remaining 4 months. Kindly refund me the amount ₹ 3819.00

Also I have attached the screen shot for the services requested and also to the consumer court.
