Dear team

We have loan with hdfc bank shalimar bagh by the name of Ms disha sachdeva .we are paying all EMI on time from last 4years .but this time due to some reasons we are not been able to pay it .we have received a call that I am calling on behalf of hdfc bank and please pay your emi we said we some reasons allow me sometime after that he call me so many times in 1/2hr we are arranging funds we will give you cheque and after that he start using abusive language to me and black mailing me that I will call on your contact list.Hdfc is reputed Bank and I was not expecting this kindustry of services from them .I am requesting you take action against them.we have recording as well with us.if you needed I can send.I WANT TO KNOW WHO HAS GIVEN THEM AUTHORITY TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER LIKE THAT I CANTHINK EVEN TELL WHAT HE SAID IT’S VERY SHAMELESS.
