FAULTY PRODUCT PROVIDED ON CREDIT CARD POINTS REDEMTION

I had redeemed about 10000 points on my HDFC credit card to purchase a PHILIPHS mixie in Nov-2017 . The Mixie delivered is of 2014 Model and faulty . Once the mixie was delivered noticed scratched on it and had lodged compliant with HDFC .HDFC response is that they are not responsible for the faulty mixie and have approach PHILIPHS customer care .
HDFC is also not revealing the dealer who has supplied the mixie .

On Phliphs customer care advice started using the mixie but found not to be working satisfactorily .

I have been repeatedly lodging compliant after complaint with Philphs but the issue is not yet resolved .

Currently feel duped by HDFC as I have lost the credit card points for a faulty product and also not taking action on the dealer who has provided an old and a faulty product.

Please require your help and support to resolve the issue.
