Illegal deduction on 27.04.2017 of 5250.
raised the complaint on the same day hdfc told that they will resolve it in 90 days, i followed up the case up to august then hdfc told it will take 120 days mean while they started charging late charges. Later by end of nov HDFC told that it is valid transaction and without giving any explanation they added disputed amount into principal amount of Rs.6000 and made it 11000 and some change and started charging late charges continuously till date. Till date they have not provided any proper reasons and keep charging on me. I already mailed them and even communicated with them n numbers of times but they are not ready to resolve this case.I have not paid this amount till date and they are not started sending arbitration letter. latest by last statement they made levied amount on me is 20000 and some change. My money is hard earned money and can not be wasted like this. i have so many commitments also to full fill. Hdfc is one of worst bank of India as far as business ethics is concerned. I would like to tell to authority who is going to receive this mail that i will not pay any late charges and disputed amount and also will not clear my account until they resolve my case. I appeal to Judiciary of India to please look into my case and help me out.
I am a common Indian, Please help me otherwise HDFC will suck my hard earned money just like that, Who know how many such cases may be existed. I have already tried all the complaint grievances mail ids of HDFC but all are useless.
Please Help.
