Dear Sir,

I have a HDFC credit card using for three years no 5241111001356461.for which i am not able to make payment on time for last 3 months . For this I was ready to settle against my balance.

Mr. Javid from HDFC credit card department called me & said you can pay Rs.50000 after that we are able to give you the sett letter and I agreed but that payment will also be including in sett amount.They said they have prepared the letter for settlement but they didn’t send me. After that they have taken fund throw online transferred of 68009/rs from my savings A/C on 18/06/13 without my knowledge. The credit card collection department has been taken additional amount of 18000/rs. They agreed to settle in 50000/rs but they have taken 68000/rs from my Account. I tried to contact them many time and they just divert me. The customer care is telling I can’t contact the collection department who has taken my money. And still they have not closed my settlement and they are asking 3000/rs more to pay.

So please ask bank to resolve this matter and the payment which has been taken is more of 18613/rs. Which should be returned in my Account.

Your intervention required because bank people are not listing to me & not launching any complaints against this. They are telling its different department and they can’t help in this
