Sir,

I purchase two policy from HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. Policy No. is 19614695 & 19524782 at the time of sale of policy 19524872 they committed some cash back benefit of 40% in first year 20% in 2 & 3 year on that basis they sale me this policy and after 1 month they come back with me with an another policy 19614695 as loyality bonus policy with D2C code benefit in which they offer me three plan gold, silver, platinum and said that I get a D2C code and also loyalty bonus of Rs 102000 on payment of 50000 in platinum plan and they also provide me D2C code PK53095D2C . But Know they deny me from all the benefit and said the given policy is only a normal policy.

Even they provide me policy document in which they offer me normal policy term which is not as per there commitment ,from last 3 month I chase my HDFC RM and complaining about the issue but he said the they provide me a revise bond paper in which they mention the D2C CODE and also there respective benefit but Know they didn’t pick my call .
