Myself is Gopal Patil And I want to register compliant against HDFC Life Insurance for not refunding my money against online failure transactions.
Below I have explained incident In detail,
Incident Explanation:
On 15th Jan 2014, I was trying to purchase online HDFC standard life insurance policy from http://www.hdfclife.com website for tax saving purpose.
I made online transaction of 33360/- Rs from my credit card number **** **** **** 6521, but that transaction got failed
Transaction Authorization code is 078723 for above failed transaction. (Snapshot picture is attached below for your reference)
Again I tried once and made online transaction of 16680/- Rs from same credit card, but that transaction also got failed.
Transaction Authorization code is 085394 for above failed transaction. (Snapshot picture is attached below for your reference)
Then I was thinking that my credit card have some problem, So I tried with HDFC net banking saving account number **********4816 and made online transaction of 16680/- Rs. And that transaction also got failed.
Transaction Reference code is 116083833 for above failed transaction(Snapshot picture is attached for your reference)
But same day I wanted to invest money for tax saving purpose So I invested money in ICICI tax saver FD.
It was shock for me, because how come money got deducted for 3 sequential failed transactions i.e. 33360, 16680 and 16680 = 66720/- Rs
And surprise is I got email from HDFC life about Application Nos.CP0000001160 andCP0000001159,
So on the same day I raised compliant by email to Online Query ([email protected]) for refund of my money against above said 3 failed transactions.
Amit Deshmukh (Online Query Team-HDFC Life) replied me that allow us 2 days to work on your query and gave HDFCSL=001-303-516 as complaint request number.
But nothing heard from him as well as HDFC Life insurance, and policy number ”CP0000210048100″ is generated by them for any of failed transaction
Then continuously I did follow up HDFC customer care at 1800-266-9777 and several times email them on Online Query ([email protected])
Amit Deshmukh and Santosh Bhalerao from Online Query Team-HDFC Life, Mumbai branch replied my email saying that allow us to work for 2 days, but till date they does not fulfillment my request.
Sunil Kore from Customer care gave me request no 201420529097, but nothing heard from him.
Today is 23rd Day after registering complaint, but HDFC Life has not returned my money 66720/- Rs.
I request a concerned person to look into this matter and help me out with this.
