This is to bring to your notice that, I have applied for car loan through Reference No 25865374 and got rejected saying that default customer

Default customer since multiple pan no

Multiple pan no was generated which I was not aware when I have applied personal loan at your bank on Feb-2011 also got rejected due to same reason ( Multiple pan card ) I accepted and paid penalty of 2000/- to your bank for the same and I have also corrected Pan card IT dept and surrendered the pan no.

Attached Pan card surrendered acknowledgement copy which it is been resolved on 03.2011

I need a clarification that why I am default customer, if it is not corrected and loan not get approved then I will be closing all my HDFC bank account and credit card and future I don’t refer as well

If action has not been taken same will be raised to the consumer court

I don’t worry about loan but default has to be removed from system
