Hi,

I had using HDFC payzapp from last 4 months. Recently I made transaction through the payzapp to ICIC account , but there is wrong IFSC code is entered so transaction failed. I got notification saying that Bank transfer pending.
5000 is debited from wallet but it not transferred to icici account and still this amount is not refunded.

I had sent more than 3 mails to [email protected] but no reply from the team. even I had tried to call customer care number from past 2 days its always engaged not able to connect the call.
