With reference to your letter dated September 04,2013 regarding cancellation of aforesaid policy. I had submitted required documents to your Kurukshetra branch on September 13,2013. I have come to know from customer care over phone that on September 26,2013 a letter has been sent by you(at the fake address which was updated earlier with the company at the time of policy issuance by the fraudsters) regarding submission of orignal policy bond .

How can I Submit the policy bond as the same has not been delievered to me? I am not satisfied with the response you are giving.

So you requested to please look into the matter on urgent basis, and please reply my mail.

These kind of things are not expected from the company.

I am chasing this matter from August 02,2013, almost 66 days has been passed but till date I do not get any satsfactory response regarding my complaint,

This is a fraud and misselling case which needs your proper investigation and action, here are the case details

On 10/01/2013 I got a call from no 0120-6404593 regarding policy of HDFC Life however I were told that I need to pay Rs 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) lump sum and no more need to pay in the future, I was called by Pankaj kumar regarding this, as per his instructions I send him the following documents:-

1. passport size photo-2
2. copy of pan card
3. Chq in Favour of HDFC LIFE(Chq no 665631, dated 10/01/2013, of Punjab National Bank- the same was cleared on 16.01.2013

All of these documents were sent to following address

Through track on courier on date 10/01/2013 vide POD NO 326219030.

After my cheque got cleared , even after a reasonable time passed I do not received my policy documents, when I tried to call Pankaj Kumar on the above mentioned no my call was not responded, after a long time when I realized that something wrong has been done to me then I called to customer care no I come to know that my address updated in the company database is completely changed and fake, my contact number mentioned on the database was also wrong and do not related to me. Then I phoned to customer care and request them to send the policy after some days when I reconfirmed from customer care then confirmed me that the same has been delivered at the wrong address.

I visited the Kurukshetra Branch for the same but I was reconfirmed that the same has been delivered at the wrong address, when I asked them that how it was delivered to wrong address they respond me that this case do not belongs to their branch , now I have fed up with the poor service of your company and I do not want to continue this product, I asked to the branch staff at Kurukshetra branch and informed them about the case they have informed me that the duplicate policy can be delivered at my address but it can not be cancelled under freelook .

If I do not received the policy till date then how i loose the right of cancellation of the policy under free look.

Policy was done by pankaj kumar agent code 00472744.(as per informed by customer care)

I request you to please investigate the matter on urgent basis as this is not only a case of mis sell this is a case of fraud also, no body has no right to play with people’s hard earned money just of their commission.

Please confirm your action else I will escalate the matter at high level and complaint FIR against pankaj and file a case in Consumer Court against the company and the Pankaj Kumar in forgery case.
