The attitude towards customers is extremely callous, uncaring and rude. I paid the full amount for treatment in July 2016 . I was promised six sittings, ending december2016. However, by 25th Dec I have had only 3 sessions which are not effective at all.
Their doctor( he’s not really one) is mostly on leave, for weeks. The centre actually closed down for 2 months, without informing customers. Customers are never informed about cancellations or delays.
The staff is useless, I don’t think they do any work other than gossip .
Every time my appointment is cancelled, at least twice. I have never been informed of it.
Extremely shoddy service and shoddy work. Unprofessional and fraudulent organisation.
I want a refund.
