Me(Deepak Bindra) and my brother(Vishal Bindra) bought flat in Logix zest Sector 143 Noida from helios developers in year 2012. Helios committed me to pay back 1% on credit note after 20% payment done to Logix.I made 20% payment to Logix on Mar 2013. Since then i am following up on phones / mails to get my 1% payment. I have done countless calls and 50+ mails to [email protected] / Naveen([email protected]) / Naresh([email protected]) / Rekha([email protected]) / [email protected] Every time i get excuses like ‘payment yet to received from jaypee’, ‘cheque ready but no signature’, ‘next month’, ‘next week’, ‘authorized signatory out of town’ etc etc. We’re fed up of all follow up with helios. Its really height now. I don’t know when they will provide our cheques. Attached is the credit note which they gave us.
