They are super unprofessional! I bought a house through them in Feb 2012 and still have not received my credit note!

Their sales person was very unprofessional and despite making assurances about the type of flat we wanted he booked the one which we were totally against. He duped us completely and when we found out and raised the issue, the team was very unhelpful! They refused to change the flat. On complaining against the salesperson repeatedly via emails, no response was sent. I have been following up on my credit not since forever. they keep saying you will receive it next month, and then don’t have the decency to update. Now they have told me that the management is taking a call.

I tried reaching Mr. Kamal Wadhwa, but to no avail. This is truly frustrating. I have decided to take it up with the media in case I do not get a precise response on the same!
