We got a call informing us that we won a prize from their raffle draw. They invited us to claim the prizes in one of the hotel in Abu Dhabi. They introduced the company and gave us a good offer. The offer is 11 days of travel to any two countries. We paid in full. They let us sign a contract agreement and immediately sent home without letting us stay quite some time and read the contract. We found out that the contract has a lot of pen erasures. The next day, we researched the company and found all the bad reviews online.
We are at fault since we fell in to their flowery words and trusted them! Their sales agents are best of selling unbelievable services. They promised us that we could choose any country of choice, any airline of choice, any date of choice, etc.,
We tried to avail the services, however, our desired travel plan is a total opposite of their suggested plan. And we have to pay an extra amount on top of the cost we have fully paid the first time.
They are not answering calls, emails, and even threatened us when we will visit their office at Business Bay Churchill Executive Tower-Dubai.
