We enrolled our daughter in an 18-month educational program designed to align with the Australian NAPLAN curriculum’s mathematics requirements. Our expectation was a structured curriculum that emphasized conceptual understanding and aligned assessment methods to gauge comprehension and retention effectively.

Contrary to our expectations, the program delivered an unstructured mix of mathematical shortcuts and tricks without providing the foundational understanding necessary for long-term academic growth. This approach not only deviates from the promised curriculum alignment but also undermines our daughter’s ability to grasp and articulate the reasoning behind mathematical concepts and procedures.

Upon observing these deficiencies, we initiated contact with Bhanzu, seeking to cancel our subscription and obtain a refund, as per the terms discussed during our initial consultation. Despite multiple attempts to engage in dialogue through written communication, our requests have been met with silence.
