Hi, I had cancelled a airline ticket bearing PRN no. BZKKNV with Indigo airlines on 22.09.2013. But till date I’ve not yet received the amount. the amount is Rs. 21, 140. Initially, when I approached them they gave me a reference number, BRN NO. INTER.8713.011020131949 and said the money is transferred to my Citibank credit card account on 28.9.2013. But when I checked with the bank, they said that the refund from Indigo has not come. On repeated followups, Indigo airlines again told that they have refunded the money via BRN NO. INTER.8713.011020131949 on 7.10.2013 and directed me to Citibank . Now, again when I approached Citibank, they investigated and told me that no such refund has come from Indigo airlines. Bank has also confirmed to me by sending a letter mentioning this fact. I’m really fed up by this negligent customer service from Indigo and seek justice with the refund made. I’ve also sent the bank statement to Indigo which does not reflect the amount refunded. Kindly help me to get my refund from Indigo. Till date I’m trying to follow up with Indigo, but its futile.
