Dear Sir / Madam,
I had booked the following ticket on IRCTC mobile app, but the train was automatically cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. But I have not received the refund amount yet.

I have provided screenshots of train cancellation and SMS which I received from IRCTC. Also provide reference for bank statement from 01 March to 30 April, 2019.

Please look into the matter and initiate refund amount immediately.
