I have canceled my railway tickets on 23.03.17 & 24.03.17 respectively through my IRCTC portal.
After cancellation, IRCTC portal shows that the refund amounts are already credited to my AXIS bank on 24.03.17 & 25.0317 respectively. While going through my account statement thoroughly, I could not identify any amounts, which are actually credited to my AXIS bank.
I request you kindly share the details of Axis Bank account where the refund amounts are actually credited.
