I have booked a ticket on Jan 27, 2017 for a journey on Feb 5, 2017 from Egmore to Salem. But the train was late for 6 Hours. So I had filed TDR on feb 5, 2017. But still (Mar 29, 2017) my refund is not claimed in my account. It is more than 1 month now. I want an immediate reply about my complaint and refund amount of Rs.450 immediately. I had found lot of complaints about this problem in some other website. So I kindly request you to take action to cure such a problem immediately. Customer Care is very worst because of non attending a call.
